Ternana Women, in line with federal regulations and with the goal of promoting a safe and inclusive sporting environment, adopts the Prevention Model provided for in Article 7, paragraph 5 of the Federal Statute and Article 7 of the Sports Justice Code. These provisions are supplemented by CUN 96/A of 03/10/2019, which defines the guidelines for the protection of minors and the prevention of harassment, gender-based violence, and any other form of discrimination. Additionally, the Safeguarding Regulations and the Code of Conduct, contained in CUN 87/A of 31/08/2023, establish precise rules to ensure the protection of athletes and members of our sports community, with particular attention to the prevention of abuse, discrimination, and inappropriate behavior. Finally, the Ternana Women Code of Ethics promotes the principles of integrity, respect, and responsibility, which are fundamental to the well-being and growth of every individual within our sporting organization. All these regulatory tools are essential to creating a healthy, fair, and protected sporting environment, where respect for everyone's rights is at the heart of our activity.
