“Those who are born in Terni are born Fera”

Starting January 1st, Ternana Women is relaunching the distribution of the red-and-green kit to all newborns of 2025 at the “Santa Maria” Hospital. Parents of babies born in the Neonatology Department, directed by Dr. Federica Celi, will receive an official “Nuova Fera” certificate, which will serve as a coupon. This will allow them to collect the Fere kit — including a baby-sized match jersey — at the Macron store in Viale Cesare Battisti.

The kit features a miniature match shirt designed to bring the city’s youngest citizens closer to their team from their very first days of life. “Those who are born in Terni are born Fera” is the slogan chosen for the return of this initiative, which comes back after more than a year with the aim of strengthening the bond between newborns and the local community. It is a gesture of affection that connects the city’s children to the red-and-green tradition, a symbol of strong identity and belonging.

The project was created to celebrate the beauty and magic of birth. As Ternana CEO Paolo Tagliavento explains:

“We are happy to see the newborns already dressed in red and green. It’s wonderful to know that the city’s children are also children of our tradition and our colors.”
